Yana is a sacred space holder, priestess, and certified pranic and theta healer.
A Tantric Hatha yoga and meditation guide, she is also trained in restorative yoga and trauma-sensitive approaches.

Rooted in Earth-based wisdom and feminine mysticism, Yāna brings reverence, depth, and warmth to her offerings. Her life path—from growing up in Lebanon during wartime to leading in the corporate world, to birthing Premayāna—has shaped her commitment to authenticity, embodiment, and love.
Premayāna is a sacred space devoted to remembering love, reclaiming feminine power, and living in harmony with nature, the cosmos, and the self.
Alexandra is a devoted yoga practitioner who, like most yogis, was drawn to the practice for balance between mind and body.
Alexandra has been practicing on and off the mat for thirteen years, and for the last eight, (click on the arrow for more)

has been sharing her passion through the teaching of Hatha, fertility, and pre/ postnatal yoga.
Completing her Hatha training with Zuna Yoga in Bali, she continues to evolve her knowledge through annual retreats and trainings.
Alexandra's Hatha Flow classes are an opportunity to come back to yourself with a soft yet vigorous practice - realigning the mental, physical, and breath. Each class is carefully designed to incorporate fluidity between pranayama, asana & meditation. Alexandra firmly believes the practice of yoga can help you find balance, self-awareness, acceptance, and resilience in your daily life.

7:30 - 9:30 A well rounded morning yoga practice (Asana - tantric Hatha, pranayama, meditation)

11:00 - 12.30 Sharing goddess circle
12:30 - 16:00 Free time - indulge in the island’s goodness, rest by the sea or treat yourself to a massage
16.00-17:30 Embodied practice /workshop

NB: the schedule is a guideline, every day will differ as we honour our cyclical nature. We will encourage you to observe silence until the end of our morning practice, and we would respect if you choose not to. Tea/coffee, fruits and snacks willbe available before the morning practice and throughout the day

Yes as long you are comfortable in your mobility. In our practices we will be giving variations to offer you the opportunity to be guided by your body’s capacities.

Embodiment refers to the practice of deeply connecting with and experiencing your physical body and its sensations, emotions, and movements. It involves becoming more aware of how your body interacts with the world around you and how it can be a source of wisdom and insight. During the retreat, you can expect to engage in a variety of practices designed to enhance this connection. These might include:
Mindful Movement: Activities such as yoga, tai chi, or dance that encourage you to move with awareness and intention, helping you to feel more grounded and present in your body.
Body Awareness Exercises: Guided meditations or exercises that focus on scanning and feeling different parts of your body, enhancing your awareness of physical sensations and how they relate to your emotional state.
Breathwork: Techniques that involve conscious breathing to help you connect with your body’s rhythms and release tension.
Nature Connection: Activities that involve interacting with the natural environment, such as walking meditations or outdoor mindful practices, to foster a deeper sense of connection with the earth and your place within it.
Partner and Group Exercises: Engaging in practices with others to explore boundaries, trust, and communication through non-verbal interaction and shared movement.

This is a space where we would meet privately in ceremony hoping that you take even a very small nugget in your daily like.
We are here to honor your feelings, encourage you if you need to. We will invite you but it is up to you to set yourself in sacred circles.
In the beginning of my journey I would go to sharing circles with a retracted feeling about sharing with women I don’t know and I realised that even if I don’t share, every woman’s story was reflecting one of mine…progressively I found my voice.

Yes, we are providing you with a progressive payment plan.
A pre deposit of 500 euros is required to secure your booking. 50% of the amount of your booking needs to be paid by June 22nd. 25% by July 22nd & the remaining amount by August 22nd.
