Yin Yoga with Alexandra
This practice is a gentle invitation to slow down. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga offers a still and grounded counterbalance to more active (yang) practices.
Postures are held on the floor — seated or lying down — allowing gravity to guide the body while the muscles soften. Rather than striving, we rest in awareness, learning to release both tension and resistance.
Alexandra weaves in breath as a tool for inner release, helping you soften not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. Each session is thoughtfully sequenced to support a specific need — whether it’s hormonal balance, emotional grounding, or deep rest — and adapted to meet each person where they are.
Through long, passive holds that gently stimulate the connective tissues, Yin supports joint health, flexibility, and a sense of calm spaciousness in both body and mind.
